Loginerve is a once-daily nutritional supplement built around methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 supports normal functioning of the nervous system, contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue — useful if your diet is mainly vegetarian, since B12 is found mostly in animal foods. Each tablet also provides benfotiamine, a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1, together with vitamin B6 and folic acid, B-vitamins that contribute to normal nervous-system function.
